Order Cancellation Policy

At Nomada Urbano, we aim to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible. Customers may request cancellation of their order subject to the following terms:

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched from our warehouse. To request cancellation, customers should contact Nomada Urbano through the contact details provided below or on our website, mentioning their order number. If the order has not been dispatched, the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through the website. The customer may instead refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Any applicable return shipping charges, where permitted under the applicable policy, may be deducted from the refund.

3. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation requests must be made before dispatch. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries or placing orders with an intention not to accept delivery may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, payment gateway or other payment service provider.

5. Orders Already Packed

If an order has already been processed, packed or handed over to the logistics partner, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer may use the applicable return process.

6. Product Availability

If Nomada Urbano is unable to fulfil an order due to stock unavailability or any other operational reason, the customer will be informed and the full amount paid for the affected order will be refunded.

7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Cancellation restrictions do not affect a customer's rights in relation to products that are defective, damaged during delivery, materially different from the product ordered, or otherwise covered under applicable consumer protection laws. Customers should contact Nomada Urbano as soon as possible after delivery with the order number and relevant photographs/videos where applicable.

8. Policy Changes

Nomada Urbano reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The policy applicable to an order will generally be the policy displayed on the website at the time the order was placed, subject to applicable law.
